Annabel is a member of The revolutionary Order of the Wicked. Hanging out mostly with Melindra, a half tin girl.She along with Melindra dislike Amy Gumm and tell her to stay away from Nox. Both Annabel and Melindra are tortured in The Scarecrow's lab, and manage to escape. Sadly, Annabel dies in the third book of the Dorothy Must Die series: Yellow brick war. Amy explains that she never really liked her in the first place.
Annabel is half unicorn with a scar on her forehead where her unihorn used to be and long red hair. Very little is known about her since she didn't appear very often in the story.
